Order Issues
I absolutely love this product! However, I encountered a significant issue when I ordered it from Macy’s—the wait time for pickup was almost a week. When I received the product, it was dark Amber in color, and as a repeat customer, I recognized immediately that it wasn't stable. I returned it and decided to purchase directly from the company instead.
