A shipping label was created for this package, but it was never shipped so I never received it. Therefore it’s hard for me to give a writing other than poor. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service and they’ve been no help. I will say I’ve ordered numerous items in the last two weeks. Everything came promptly and everything was exactly as I wished. This one item was a gift for a granddaughter for her birthday and it does not appear that it’s going to arrive on time.
