Suitcase

The suitcase is sturdy, the wheels work great. My only gripe would be that the inside pocket on the lid is one big open space. I like to have a couple pockets, so that the clothes are more evenly spaced. Otherwise it's hard to spread them out before closing the suitcase & everything is bunched together.

Looks great. Very good quality

Looks great. Very good quality - the wheels are vey smooth. It is BIG if that is what you want. Just wish the "pull" had another notch so it would be easier to also carry a briefcase.

I ordered 2 medium crew

I ordered 2 medium crew classic . I went to attach name tag and main zipper fell to the floor. I crimped back on for temp fix will send back after my trip . Very sad such a good brand and poor quality control inspections .

Able to use for the

Able to use for the first time last week and was very pleased with the overall suitcase. However, I was very disappointed with the tie down straps. We intentionally left room in our carry-on on the way out. The strap to tighten the clip is below the height of the half-filled items preventing us from tightening the articles.

Lightweight and sturdy, this bag is big enough for most trips and easier to manage than a bigger bag. I like the pullout handle, with feels solid, and the exterior which seems tough.

so easy to move

I love the maneuverability of the suitcase. I am not entirely sure it will fit in the overhead compartments of all our flights since there are new rules, but even if this bag will have to fly in cargo it is a win.
