CONCEPT ONE ACCESSORIES is a HUGE disappointment and so is Macy's at this point because they are a direct reflection on you based on their poor service. The purchase was made for my daughter, never received the packaged, attempted correspondence with the seller and Macy's; since the item was sold on Macy's website, and still nothing. Huge disappointment!!

This denim purse is well made and high quality. I bought the blue e denim previously and loved it so much, I bought it in black.

I bought this back for school, l thought I could have perfectly fit my laptop but no, I have 16 inches laptop so it kinda makes sense. I does fit but you can’t close it , me personally I don’t think it’s a problem so🤷🏽‍♀️

i ordered the bag 2 weeks ago and it sayed it was gonna come before september 4 and ever since today it still hasnt came, it keeps changing the days day by day is it ever gonna come or am i scammed? ive been waiting for this bag for 2 weeks and i didn’t even have any bags to take to school since i threw all of out. i contacted macys they sayed they couldnt help me and that it wasn’t their fault. i really need the bag cuz it looks so pretty especially giving me 2000s vibes but the bag isnt even coming especially when i needed it for my first of highschool freshman. theres nothing macys can do i even emailed the driver still no response

I'm very disappointed seller, and Macy's as well. When I first bought this bag for my daughter for the first day of school that it was on 8/26 .the delivery day supposed to be the 23rd, then the it changed the delivery day to the 26th so you just can imagine that my daughter had to go to school without her bag on her first day. I called Macy's customer service, and they claimed that they couldn't do anything, I tried calling Macy's store directly to see if I could pick up in person and no one never answered the phone. Very disappointed with Macy's how they handled the online services I don't think i would ever by online from this store again 😕 👎 zero rating. I had to pick one star 🌟 because it would not let me submit this information, but other than that zero stars

It fits my 13 inch laptop, water bottle, and umbrella comfortably. So it’s a win in my book. The material is suede or cotton like so it picks up material quickly. Would suggest keeping it away from fuzzy sweaters and furry pets.

i honestly love the bag it has lots of storage as well & its cute :)
