The metal frame that holds bag in place was accidentally thrown out the first time can emptied, as the can is so narrow, it’s very difficult to get a full bag out. As guests were battling removing the bag, the metal frame got tossed. I called the manufacturer twice to inquire about buying a replacement. Both times I was told someone would call me back. Never happened. Now insert garbage bag does not stay in place. It just collapses. A cheap price for a cheap product. Don’t throw your money away. The can is to narrow as well.

The lid doesn’t close, about half an inch open. When I purchase something, I expect it to look and function exactly as intended and as shown in the pictures.
