Grip is not comfortable but gets the job done it worked for me doing the whole process by section s started with small section use the cold air to dry my hair then use medium heat since my hair y very processed and once I achieved my desire dryness I moved to another section and repeat the steps
Very disappointed with this product ☹️ First, I ordered the item in February, and in a couple of weeks, it It stopped working .I called customer service and they sent me a new one. But now it has stopped working again. I am very disappointed because I only used it occasionally. I do not recommend this item.
I bought this brush, it didn't reach 6 months of use and all this burning lost all the brushes and the plastics burned, burned, burned.
I’m still waiting this item ! For at this time I don’t received yet. I call macys I went to Macys in person because I received wrong item ,so they said it’s in the warehouse they send to me soon .. I hope.
Dries hair quick. Super light weight. Smooth and silky blowout. Never smelled the hair burning like other brands. And the device did not get hot enough to burn your hair or hand.
That works but the hair should be a little damp not wet and you should use heat protectant
