The description is misleading. It is definitely not whisper quiet. This mattress protector sounds like a plastic tarp and it's hard to sleep on it because of the noise.

It was really easy to put on, the fit was perfect and it’s so smooth! It just adds an extra layer of protection and comfort without being noisy or making any rustling noises. 10/10 would recommend!

Feels like soft cotton poly blend. There isn't a weird plastic moving sound when you're moving around on the bed either. Super absorbant.
