Since it was labeled a XL I wasn't sure it would be the correct size for my 38-40 inch jean size but it was perfect. It has many holes for the belt prong and the belt seems well-constructed, and the color/design is just as pictured.
I love it. It is stylish but not gaudy. Quality construction. It could be worn with button downs, polos and sport coats.

The belt was 5 days late and I it gave me the size to order based on my waist size and now I have a belt that according to you is correct size for size 36 pants and the belt hangs out 7 inch on my waist with brand new 36” pants. This is what II was trying to correct. NOT HAPPY

This is a great belt - I have one in brown, also. It is very comfortable and looks great - it is the only belt I have ever actually received comments on from others. It looks stretchy but it really isn't. It stays where you put it. The original brown one has lasted many years, but of course your mileage may vary.
I bought the blue belt. Goes great with blue jeans. Fits good. A little stiff at first. But I think it will break in the more I use. Quality made with leather where holes are. Should get a few years use from this one.
