Beautiful browning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both enjoy cooking and we have a few favorite pans, both copper and stainless (and an inherited cast iron skillet). This Hestan Copper Induction Braiser is now added to the list, at the top! I have made several dishes so far - seared baby bok choy; garlicky chicken thighs and some fresh skate fillets. All browned beautifully and cleanup was easy and quick.

It's well balanced, lighter weight
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's well balanced, lighter weight and perfect to make a meal for 1 to 4 people. I made chicken with veges, tomato sauce with eggs and chopped chicken in it.

Excellent and beautiful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love to use this pan. Excellent for sautéing and braising. Within a month this is the most-used pan in my kitchen. The copper has developed patina already, and it looks great, I have no inclination to polish it off. Very easy to clean the steel portions - even from burned-on stuff.

The Best Cookware

Beautiful cookware!
I have always wanted to add copper cookware to my home collection, and the Hestan Copperbond sauté pan was my first piece. I absolutely love the design and look of the pan, including the flush rivets and the handles. The pan responds quickly to heat, which is wonderful. I will be using this pan a lot!
