I got this washer in October 2025. I noticed it leaked when I did the first load. but now in January 2026 there's at least a quart of water on the floor even though I have a bucket with the hoses in it to drain. No where in the description does it say that you have to have a bucket and fill it yourself and undrain it and dump that water. it's kind of a piece of junk. better than nothing but I wouldn't buy it again.
It washes beautifully n clothes come out almost dry after spilling out
My order was instantly canceled. Customer service was atrocious and couldn't explain my situation. Five minutes later I made the same purchase thru wayfair with no problems.
