I am loving these new headphones, the sound is crystal clear and the noise cancelling is very efficient so far (I've not tried tuning for activities yet). The EQ is easy to use. All round, happy..

Coming from the WF-1000XM3, which are still working btw, I expected a lot from the XM5. However I must say, I am not entirely satisfied. Given the standard from which am coming, I do not like the foam tips, they do not block exterior sound as well as XM3 and are uncomfortable. Bring back silicon tips. Also noticed that the quality of materials are no more the same.

I have owned these for about a week or so. The sound quality is great, still getting used to the way they fit. However they have a good seal and noise cancelling works well. However. The case battery has been awful so far. It seems to provide only 4 hours worth of recharging. My earbuds have been used for around an hour, placed back in the case….the case drops to <75%. At the moment im having to charge the case daily. The earbuds outlast the case! It also seems to drain even when the earbuds are fully charged.

Bought this a month back and glad that it works better than my Sennheiser. I've been a Sony earbuds users for years. Somehow, I find it hard to hold on to the earbuds when trying to insert into your ear canals due to its size . Not easy as it actually a bit loose. Worried that it may drop out when walking in public. Not easy to insert and make it air tight. Need a few attempts.

WF-1000XM5 IS performing in excellent way and satisfied with the product

I got these as a present for my birthday. Had been using an old cheap pair before I got these. The difference is immense. The clarity is excellent. The convenience of the charging case makes the user ecperience so convenient. There are s lot of settings/features to vary your experience. Noise cancelling is good. Battery life is very good and the connectivity is consistently excellent.

Replacement for my previously failed (to charge) WF-1000XM5 (same model). This model is lighter than my WF-1000XM5, but is more sensitive to the charge adapter used. Unfortunately, the warranty expired, and sony wanted to charge for servicing.

Left ear connection drops off sometimes. Fixed when multi point connection is deactivated.
