The appearance on my counter is super neat, and the sprayer stows nicely and is excellent quality. I recommend their spray tablets as they don’t streak and the scent is fresh citrus.
The resistance bar is not long enough to tear off the sheet without ripping with jagged edges. Otherwise, you need to be careful, using both hands for a clean rip.
I have several simple human products and this is the only one that's been very disappointing.

It’s heavy enough to stay put and the spring is strong enough to allow ripping one piece of paper towel at a time. The cleaning spray bottle is so handy
I got the matte black one and it looks great, is heavy and is so convient for cleaning. No more going under sink to get cleaning supplies. I just push the handle down and it pops up and becomes a spray bottle with cleaning solution, I love it!
