Newair Countertop Nugget Ice Maker or Stainless Steel, 26 lbs/Day

Purchased July 2025. Operated with no issues. January 2026 suddenly stopped working. Was not producing ice. Followed trouble shooting instructions without resolution. Worthless. Do not recommend.

works great! Makes ice faster than i thought it would

I am on the 3rd icemaker from Newair, first one quit within a year, I purchased a replacement because I needed one quick. The black plastic piece broke that ice comes out of. That unit lasted almost exactly 12 months (warranty). Newair sent me a replacement, that one broke at 15 months. Same part, which they don’t have. They offered a 40% discount. Do not waste your money, get a reliable brand from a company who backs up their product.

I absolutely adore this nugget icemaker. It produces ice incredibly quickly, ensuring that I always have a supply. I would definitely purchase it again. .

Finally got an ice maker! It took me sometime to decide on which one but finally settled on the matte black nugget ice. We loved it! It's so convenient to use and doesn't take long to make ice.

Everyone knows nugget ice is the best ice. This machine is sleek, quiet, and compact and produces plenty of ice. New air produces high quality machines!

NewAir has become the go-to brand when it comes to ice makers. They work beautifully and are priced well. This 33 lb model is perfect. Makes ice quick and impresses guests every single time.

Do you just use water for the self cleaning? There seems to be black shadows in it..

Purchased this ice maker for my husband as a Christmas gift and it’s not working. It never made the first piece of ice. Currently dealing with customer service. We have sent over a video of the machine not producing ice along with a copy of the receipt where I just purchased it on December 19th. Still no resolution. I am highly disappointed considering the amount of money I spent.

I bought this machine beginning of this year after my last Newair machine broke. This ice maker is very noisy and constantly running. My last machine was much quieter but they no longer made that model. It seems to continue to get louder the longer I own it. I work from home and office is near the kitchen and I have to unplug it a lot of the time due meetings. I expect it to make noise but I can hear it all the way at the back of my house from the kitchen.
