Disappointed with this purchase on Macy. It was an Online purchase made on Macy app. I usually go into stores to buy. I Bought two sets of the SKII Essence, which should have comes with a free SKII bonus gift miniature set for the total amount paid. However, the free gift that is supposed to come with the total amount paid was not included in the shipping box. Is it the packing team’s fault? How do I get the free gift I am supposed to receive back. The product effectiveness - Facial treatment essence I can only speak for myself. I am aware it may not work for others (I’ve friends tried for few weeks mentioned they see no benefits). For myself it did helped to balance out the overall skin tone.

I was excited to gift the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The large bottle had a very foul odor, and my mother experienced consistent skin irritation while using it. She tried to make it work, but after using nearly half the bottle, she had to stop. Because it was a Christmas gift, I was unable to return it. While I can't say for certain that the product was defective, the unusual smell and irritation raised serious concerns about its quality, especially since it was opened within a week of receiving it. Given the premium price tag, I expected MUCH better from a "luxury skincare brand." Based on this experience, I will NOT be purchasing SK-II again. For those looking to invest in high-end skincare, I would personally rather spend my money on brands like La Mer, where I've had a MUCH better experience with product quality and consistency.

This set is perfect for someone like me who just doesn't have the time to do a 12 step routine every day. Ranging from a foaming cleanser to an cream that helps plump and lift, this kit is everything I need. Its a must have for a beginner or a more seasoned veteran.

I always wanted to try this brand especially the essence but it is at a steep price point. When I saw the set I thought I'd give it a try since you get a few different products. The essence was the main product I was very excited about. I will say I broke out when I first using this. Apparently this is expected and takes the skin time to adjust. It did help plump my skin and helped with smoothing my skin texture once the breakouts subsided. Overall I don't think I'd buy the essence I would say it was average for me and the price is high. There also was the sheet mask I actually loved these they left my skin dewy and extremely hydrated 5/5. I would purchase the mask.

This is very good produce. The liquid absorption makes my skin looks more smoother.
