I am in love with this coat. I have been eyeing off a Belle and Bloom coat for a few years but was always concerned with the online aspect. So glad I finally made the purchase. It is cozy and comfortable and matches my work outfits as well as casual ones perfectly.

Material does not look nice in person. Returned to Macy's store and they told me I would get a refund in 5 days, that they needed to ship to vendor. Two weeks later no refund, tracking status says label created, not even shipped yet. Called the store and no one answered the phone. Now I need to make another trip to the store ở I could talk to some about getting my refund.

I love this coat. It is absolutely striking! And it is so sophisticated and stylish. It’s the perfect weight for almost all of our winter weather here in north Alabama. I am so happy with this purchase.
