Dirty

I opened the box today and was very disappointed to discover that the wedding dress is dirty and shows clear signs of previous wear. There are extensive dark dirt and scuff marks along the bottom, suggesting that someone wore it and then returned it. The yellow return tag is still attached. I purchased a new wedding dress, not a used or damaged one. My wedding is approaching, so this is extremely upsetting and time-sensitive.
