Lands' End Women's Wanderweight Packable Down Coat

Bought and wore this coat a handful of times last winter and the zipper broke. The company should read these reviews. It’s like a broken record.

I love the color of this coat! The fit is great - just a little roomy for sweaters underneath.

I had the longer version of this coat; it went down to mid-calf. I haven't seen it available for about a year or so. I loved it. The AI summary of reviews is right on. It's super lightweight and easily packs into it's own pocket. I have used it on airplane travel many times. I wear it to the airport, then use it as a blanket on the flight, then when we arrive to our warmer destination I pack it away in its pocket and easily tie it to my roller bag. It also works as a small pillow or lumbar support. I wish it would become available in the longer version again. I need a new one.

Sizing is way off I normally wear a medium Ordered a small petite and am returning for XSmall

I purchased this coat last winter. I found it to be very true to size, and I just love it. It is warm, my grandson’s play hockey, and I wear it to the rinks, and I am very comfortable in it. I recommend it highly. My only wish would be, if it had a detachable hood.

I bought this Down Coat and absolutely loved it until it came to be laundered. First laundering everything ok it seemed. Second time it seemed the lining was starting to ball up between the sew seams. Third time it was cleaned all the padding between the layers balled up and that was it. It is a lumpy very uncomfortable non insulating down coat. great until it needs to be cleaned.

Love that this is a lightweight coat yet just as warm as a heavier one. I don’t feel like the Pillsberry doughboy when I wear it! I have this coat now and three colors and love them all.

Wish I purchased this sooner! It is light but keeps me warm and protected from the wind. Hard to find a petite coat that works but this is PERFECT! I am even considering purchasing another color:)

This “in between” coat is exactly what I was looking for. I’m 5’9 (130lbs), got the size S-tall, and it fits perfectly. I love that it’s light enough to stuff in my backpack for days when my commute home is warmer than my commute into the office. There is no shedding of feathers. The only thing it needs is an inside breast pocket.

I purchased this jacket 3 weeks ago and have worn it numerous times because it is incredibly warm, lightweight and fits under several coats I own.
