Samsonite Quality
This is my second Samsonite backpack. I liked the first one so much that I brought the latest version of the same bag. I travel a lot and am very tough on my bags. This bag is durable with plenty of functional pockets. The straps are comfortable and easy to adjust.

Material is tough enough. But too much partitioning has limit the space a bit. Overall, its a good purchase.

Excellent capacity and perfect for business travel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used it for a business trip and I was so pleased with its capacity for organization. I love the padded protective laptop compartment that cushions electronics from shock. I also love the stacking feature that allows for attaching to luggage handles which is great for maneuvering through the airport.

Misleading Sale Price
I bought two Samsonite Backpacks during what was advertised as a more-than-50%-off sale at Macy’s. Later, I noticed that the same backpacks were listed at a lower regular price on the Samsonite website. Each backpack itself is of good quality, but the pricing at Macy’s was disappointing. It felt misleading to see a “sale” that wasn’t actually a better deal. I'm definitely returning both of them.

Think before you buy it
I purchased this on November 2024. The zipper came completely off from the fabric on May 2025. It doesn’t even last a whole year for my kids in high school. The quality is just not there.

Durable exterior. Effortless zippers. Many pockets
It is sturdy with durable exterior. The zippers slide effortlessly. Many separate pocket and compartments for dividing, organizing and finding your items. The laptop is protected. It can expand. The side pockets for the water bottle are partially held by an elastic band, which I see it with use getting loose and becoming unusable eventually. This is the only disadvantage and the reason I don't give it a 5 star.
