I ordered this item as a gift, expecting a brand-new product. What Macy’s sent me is clearly a used item. It has a horrible smell, and I can’t even imagine who might have been using it before. The condition of the item is absolutely unacceptable—it’s clearly a return, with everything in terrible shape. It’s disappointing that Macy’s would try to pass this off as new and sell it to unsuspecting customers. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’ll think twice before shopping here again.
