I take other medications, so having to take an additional 3-5 pills is just a lot for me. I was trying to use this as a sleeping aid and collagen substitute, but after the bottle is gone I’ll prob just got back to liquid collagen and melatonin

I can't take this every night- it upsets my stomach. It has a lot of good things in it but the amount of capsules recommended to take is too much. I may retry to take it again - but less of it at a time. I do love the regular Code Age collagen.
