This is hands down my favorite go to roaster/sauté pan, etc; It does everything. I leave it in my oven top as I use it daily. In the oven or on the stove, this product works beautifully.

Beautiful peace, but it was a little harder to clean after making latkes at Hanukkah. I expected it to be less effort, but all in all it fried up nice latkes.

Outstanding for my meat sauce, it amazingly keeps a low simmer that evenly cooks without sticking.
