Each time I go to grab them I know they are going to be sharp and give me the proper ergonomics to cut through any knife with ease. Got this as a birthday gift and they rock. So far I've used the 5.5 inch prep knife to prepare ribs but it made quick and easy work. Sharp right out of the box

The brisket knife is perfect for the job. We have the zwilling pro knife set, so I was worried these would feel cheap in comparison. They’re actually great and surpassed my expectations.
