I have been looking for a while for an orange waffle blanket. It has the sme color as the background “fish” comforter and looks great. I prefer this type of blanket to most other blankets. I am happy I bought it!
I got 3 for myself and nephews. Im 5'4 and they are 5'11. I run cold, they run hot. I feel the thickness is fresh and just the right of warm. The size allows to fold it if I want more thickness. My nephews are able to cover their whole body comfortably and keeps them fresh.
Ordered this as I needed a lightweight blanket for a queen bed. I had to wash and dry it twice on cold/low heat. It filled my machines with lint both times. It also snags easily. Now that I think it is done shedding I can put it on the bed. Unfortunately it is not going to tuck in under the mattress, on any side…guess it will be a large throw now. Beautiful color tho, matched my guest room perfectly. Disappointed in my Macy’s purchase overall.
I have washed this blanket three times now because when I dry it the lint filter fills up with so much dryer lint that I can hardly pull the filter! How can one blanket still be producing that much lint?! Not advisable to buy.

The loose weave makes it easy to snag and pull threads. The color is rich and beautiful! I love that it's cotton.
Very poor product quality. After washing it in the washing machine, it ended up full of residue from the quilt’s material. I thought maybe it was because it was new and it was the first wash, but when it dried it started shedding thousands of particles from its material. It’s unusable—every time I move it, it releases a lot of deteriorated dust from the material.
I took it out of the packaging and it already had a pull in it and then when I went to go straighten it out, it had a snag
Blanket is really soft but was only washed twice and is already falling apart along the edge. Horrible to go through the wash for the first time, there was lint everywhere in the machines and it took forever to clean up.
Looks and feels nice right out of the bag. I think I will take it to a laundromat before I use it since so many reviewers say it sheds lint really bad the 1st wash.
