Royal Tradition Egyptian Linens 100% Viscose Bamboo 4 Pc Sheet Set

I bought these bamboo sheets for a guest bed and didn't use them until 4 months later - past the return window. They were used for just one night, then washed in a front load machine and dried at low heat in a dryer - the same process that I've used for 3 other sets of bamboo sheets that I own. The bottom fitted sheet got a large 3 inch tear at the seam on one corner. I don't even know how to go about mending this as the material is shredded. Not happy.

Sent the wrong product. I ordered a 4-piece queen bamboo sheet set and they sent a 3 piece King Duvet, brown and set made out of cotton. I am not sure how they could get it any more wrong.
