Runs very wide. If you have wide feet the medium width is sufficient.

Favorite spring and summer heel
I now own 4 pairs of these in various colors. This is now my staple spring and summer shoe to wear out with jeans, skirts and dresses. A very simple sandal but flattering on a nice foot with a pedicure. Slightly padded in the arch. Perfect heel size and block heel is easy to walk and dance in them. Danced and was standing in these for hours one evening and no foot pain that night or the next day.

Beautiful comfortable shoes to wear to a wedding.
Nice sleek shoe for outdoor wedding. The strap is wide enough on the base that it doesn't cut into the skin. I have arthritis in my big toe and this shoe doesn't bother it.
