The size, fabric and construction are all as expected. But they used cheap plastic to coat the tabs that attach the shoulder strap. After only a few weeks, it has shredded where it rubs the zipper. And it has nicks where something hit it. Very disappointed in this bag.

I absolutely love this purse! I bought the vibrant blue and have already gotten compliments on it after one day! It has plenty of pockets which are a must for me. It is functional and attractive.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter, who is about to travel abroad. She adores all the pockets and compartments, as well as the quality and detail. She plans to use it as her every day purse.

I purchased this bag about 6 weeks ago. I have purchased and used Baggallini bags for many years. This is by far my favorite because of the shape and the elements of the bag, pen holder, cell phone, zippers, pockets. The one thing I wish you would consider changing is adding separate zipper closures to the 3 or even 2 compartments. The one zipper makes it very difficult to close the bag, because with 3 separate compartments I’m using them. I find I’m walking around with my bag hanging open that then becomes a security issue. Thank you.

I have 4 of this style. Light weight. Study. Easy to carry. Can fit tons of things into it. Great compartments. Lots of zippers for security. Coin purse can attach to the main bag so you cannot lose it. Great colors. Spot cleans perfectly.

This is a nice bag. The dimensions are more like H-10.25" x W-9.25". The depth can expand to 3.25", if you include the exterior zip pocket.
