Missing assembly parts from the order that was shipped. Unpacking was a frustrating experience. If I have to follow up with manufacture on missing parts for several days then it loses the purpose for why I am buying a floor lamp (lamps plus store closed unfortunately hence I had to go to Macys store to find one but they don’t have floor lamps at their store location so I had to order online). Other alternative would have been to buy cheap lamp from Walmart or Target but my goal was to buy a nice looking one! I miss lamps plus store 🙁 now I feel frustrated because this lamp is too heavy to haul it to return at store . And I am stuck to follow up with manufacturer to get the missy parts shipped! Which means I have to wait who know how many days to be able to use the lamp. I don’t recommend buying lights or any furniture from Macys online shop

This lamp is excellent quality. The real stone base makes it feel very high-end and secure. It is slightly smaller than the pictures suggest, and the arch angle is a bit tight, but for this price it's a great offer. It’s a stylish addition to the room.

I was looking for the perfect lamp for a small area in my living room. This is the perfect lamp for any area reaching over your sofa and/or chair. i definitely recommend purchasing this lamp..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a corner lamp for my living room... either pendant or floor lamp. I am so happy I chose Versanora Arquer Arc Floor Lamp. First off, the shipping box was HEAVY! When I opened the box, I found the packaging was so protective. No way it could possibly be damaged unless totally crushed. Unwrapping the lamp was definitely the slowest part of the process. The instructions were just a picture diagram but assembly was super easy. Only needed tools were included. It looks so good! The base is heavy! I kind of expected it to be a plastic base but it is not. No chance of this lamp tipping or wobbling. It takes standard bulbs up to 150 watts. I love this lamp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Versanora Arquer Arc Floor Lamp is gorgeous. Easy to assemble (about 15mins), and everything about it is amazing quality. The marble base is so heavy, so once you get it set up it's not going anywhere. The color is beautiful, and it looks incredible next to a leather chaise. I love that the on/off switch is attached to the power cord, so you can step on it to turn it on and off. I couldn't love it more -- highly recommend!

The instructions turned out to be a diagram of the finished lamp with areas marked "Step 1, Step 2", etc. There was a QR code, but it was smudged and wouldn't scan. The second issue was in step 1: The two curved pieces were to be connected by a nut with a tiny "set screw" and this screw was to be tightened with a tiny allen wrench, which was not included. Fortunately, my husband is a computer technician and after some searching, he found one that fit. Our only other warning is that this lamp is base heavy, and somewhat difficult to move, also because of its size, so assemble it near where you want it placed. We assembled it in the living room and ended up moving it to our bedroom. I think that this will make a great reading lamp and indirect lighting lamp, so after construction, I'm happy.

This lamp is perfect as it curves and shines light exactly where I needed it. I love the contemporary design with the floating bell lamp shade. It is easy to use by just flicking the floor switch. It provides great light and is just what I wanted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I was thinking that this was going to be just a normal cheap floor lamp like I’d buy at any big box store. It is not! I was pleasantly surprised with the look of this lamp, it has elegance appears expensive! First off it was very simple to put together, it even came with the two tools needed however be careful there is a tiny screw about the size of ones used for glasses and mine flew across the room as I opened the package. the bag the tools are in isn’t sealed and I think it just fell out. other wise the pole is simple to put together, and the base must weigh like 50 lbs! It looks and feels as though it’s made with actual marble or quartz. It took me like 5 minutes to put it all together, the shade is huge and seems precariously balanced at the end of the pole but, with the heavy floor weight it’s not. I would definitely recommend this lamp to a friend I love it!!
