I bought this suit in green for my nephew, the pants legs were too small. I tried to return and was told to contact the merchant, i have contacted them through macys.com I also called their number where you get a recording saying to email them and they will respond in two working days, i have sent three emails and two through macys.com and it is going on tow weeks and I have not gotten a response. THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought it online, that was my mistake. I liked the color and the blazer was just right my fit. However, the pants were so small. I should bought two or three sizes more. I would remind to buy in in the store instead of odering online.
I had a horrible experience trying to exchange this product at the South Portland Maine location. I ended up returning the item and you lost a customer because of the treatment I received.
I bought this for my son, poor quality, return policy only 30 days and if out of that window they won't take back. We had to order 2 of them to figure out his size but we were not able to return the small size. Besides, the look is poor and I will not recommend this product.
The product is nice however looks like medium quality. You get what you pay for it . Fits fine and looks nice just a little cheap look.
This tux was great. The fit is true to size. I’m 5’8 and weigh around 228. My tux is a 48 regular. Minimal alterations were made. The only thing I would wish is that the pants had a little more flex. They were great in the waist area, but the thigh could have provided a little more stretch when seated. However, I will definitely order another color. This is the ivory color.

BUYER BEWARE, THIS IS A THIRD PARTY VENDOR AND ITS NOT MACYS!!!!! First issue, the shipping time for items is over 2 weeks, plan accordantly . If you are in a rush, this will not be delivered in a timely fashion. Second issue, they will deliver the wrong item size and when you return item, you have to repurchase the item while your original money is pending to be returned and it will take over 4 weeks to get your money back.!!! I had to put a dispute with my bank to get my money back. THIS VENDOR SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM MACYS!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PRODUCT OR BUYING FROM THIS VENDOR. AGAIN BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!
