The lift and support are good, not excellent. It fit better than some others I tried, but I had to adjust the straps. It is generally comfortable. Since I'm rather large busted I need support in any bra I wear.
So happy with this item. Very supportive without hurting. I like the wide band at bottom so no creeping up when arms are raised.
I bought this bra a few weeks ago. It has great support even without the underwire. And no wire makes it so comfortable. I have gone through many brands to get a good fit, and this fits the best of all that I have tried. One of my priorities is to conceal nipple show through even with t-shirts. This bra does that too. I have already bought two more of these.
