I purchased this ring in April, and by June, the stone had fallen out. I contacted the seller directly and was instructed to send the ring in for repair. After sending it back, I did not receive any updates and had to reach out for a status update. At that time, the seller informed me that I would be required to pay a repair fee. This requirement was never disclosed before I mailed the ring for repair. While the warranty is described as a "limited warranty," the terms do not clearly explain what is covered or any associated fees. The seller refused to repair or replace the ring at no charge, despite the issue occurring only a few months after purchase. Additionally, I found the customer service experience to be argumentative and unprofessional, which further added to my frustration with the situation.

I received my ring today and this is absolutely beautiful! This ring is for my daughter‘s 26th birthday and she is going to love it. The ring is sparkling, nice and big! Beautifully designed. Thank you so much. I will be ordering again.
