NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!!!!
I did not receive my Playstation console because FEDEX lost my package!!!! And now neither Macys nor FEDEX want to reimburse my money!!!!!

Never got the product
I did not receive my order, they refunded me my money without any explanation as to why I could not receive the item, even though I asked as to why so maybe we can resolve the issue then and there. I didn’t get the money until a week or two after. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I had to wait to order it elsewhere because they took so long with my refund, luckily that store got it to me fast. Not happy.
