Liquid is not bad tasting - easy to take
I try to keep healthy - sometimes we are unable to eat what we should to obtain the amino acids recommended. Hopefully, this helps along with a healthy diet. I've been using this product for a couple of years.

I have used amino fuel for 8 years.
Amino fuel is a great pre-work. When it is combined with a protien makes a great recovery drink.

A good addition to pre-work out.
I got this product to take with my pre-work out drink. I like it because it doesn't fill me up like a protein shake will but gives you the aminos needed to get through a work-out. The flavor is strong but tolerable. It goes down pretty easy.
