Sent me a wrong item. Not even close to the picture. It was frustrating coz i thought i’ll be complete for my Christmas gifts then this one delayed it, delivering me whatever charm they just thought of. Now I have to look for a replacement last minute. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!

beautiful charm

This is such a beautiful charm but easy to break. This is actually 2 pieces in 1 with the center bud holding it together. If it gets caught up in something (clothing, hair bun, etc), and you detach it the incorrect way, the charm will separate: however, Pandora is great with replacing it, no questions asked. I rated it 5 because of the customer service Pandora provides and the beauty and meaning to me behind the charm.
