NADH (NAD with the free hydrogen electron) had been recommended to me by an impressively smart medical professional so I got the first one I saw, which was absorbed in the mouth. It worked immediately but after using it for six months I became very concerned about the source. Then I found this one. It’s less expensive than the other, has a phospholipid profile which is excellent for absorption and it contains the necessary co-factors for activation. The only difference between the two was the other one could be felt almost immediately and this one could be felt about an hour later. NADH is a fantastic antioxidant and good to take to address free radicals. I like that this has B12 for an energy boost. It keeps me going daily and I feel much more present and energetic.
