Magnesium Bisglycinate Capsules, SMNutrition, 120ct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using these a few weeks ago before sleeping to help me wind down. Through consistent use, I’ve come to really like them. Other brands have upset my stomach, but these don’t even if I don’t eat around the time I take them. The pills are pretty standard size, and while the bottle gets a bit chalky inside I don’t find it impacts my taking the pill. Overall, I enjoy these and will continue taking them for the foreseeable future.
