I really really love Macys products and their price point but I do have a problem with their delivery. I bought a fairly expensive item and had it shipped to a different location where I would be on the day of Delivery. They changed the delivery date twice they moved it up and I was not there and I had to find someone to go and retrieve my package because I was afraid it would blow off the steps with a heavy wind again. The product and price point are very good, but if they give a delivery date, they should stick to that delivery date and not change it. I still gave a five star rating because I love the products and the price point at Macys.

Although the ring is really pretty, I returned mine because I did not realized this was just a rose gold over sterling silver which is going to fade over time. I exchange it for real gold which was cheaper.
