BGSD Men Samuel Leather Car Coat - Tall

Never received this leather coat. Called Macy’s and was told i would get a refund which I still haven’t received. Ordered on 11/09/24 and as of 11/23/24 ups still hasn’t gotten the item only shipping info. Macys wants me to track down coat with ups and third party seller which I won’t do. I paid Macy’s and this should be their responsibility. As of this writing I still haven’t received a email confirmation of a refund which I was told I would get. So now I have refund and no coat which I canceled over the phone. Whatever happened to the old reliable Macys of years past

I have no clue what was used to condition this coat but it was toxic. I had to keep it in a different part of the house. My eyes were burning, my nose was burning. It was Horrible.
