Tiny Placemat

This might be one of my new favorite pieces of baby gear! Our little one us starting to eat more and this is perfect for putting food right at his level. Trying to give a 10m old a plate is a joke, but this makes eating so much more accessible for him when we are out. I love that it fits in the diaper bag and that I can pop it right in the dishwasher! I'm already ready to buy a second one to keep in the car in case we don't have the bag with us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really useful placemat, it doesn't suction to our wood grain table but it suctions really well to our kitchen countertops. The raised edges keep liquids on the placemat. The size is great, it's a larger size and I can definitely see us using it even after baby led weaning for cooking, food prep, craft projects, etc. Also love that it's a thick silicone so it can be washed in the dishwasher in a "U" shape, we have other thin silicone placemats that only fit flat in the dishwasher and take up so much room. Only con is that there's no overhang lip to protect the edge of the table and keep the mat in place, so we still have to wipe down the table edge. Would love more colors!

We adore this mat, we use it for meals, we take it with us for eating out (great for kids you don’t yet trust to eat off a ceramic plate!), and we even use it for containing play doh messes. It is much thicker and easier to run in the dishwasher than other thin mats, so worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has definitely come in handy when we're out and about. It allows us to have a clean space to offer food to our son even in restaurants.

I use the mat on my high chair tray because i hate taking it off to clean it. The mat makes it so easy because I can place it down to eat and wipe or rinse off after eating without having to remove and replace the tray table every feeding. I will also be taking it with me on vacation for when we go to restaurants so we make sure he doesn't make a mess and always has a clean surface to eat from.
