beautiful in person perfect
perfect ..the hands illuminates after i put under the bulb .. its beautiful . husband is happy with the purchase. it was v well packed. it was loose so we took it to macys watches section and they removed the extra in 4 mins.

Disgusted
I bought this watch from Macys and it was stolen from my doorstep when it was supposedly delivered by Fedex. Macy's is refusing to reimburse me for the stolen watch although this is the company from which I bought the watch. Fedex is refusing to help, even though their driver allegedly delivered the watch. The seller Stuhrling Original is also refusing to offer any reimbursement even though they received money for the watch. The customer service from all these parties is disgusting. I will not spend another penny with Macys until i receive until I am made whole again. I was the victim of a robbery, and instead of any loyalty or support from the company where I have spent thousands of dollars, i was not even able to speak with a manager from Macys.
