I was supposed to receive 2 cartridges with the showerhead. Only received the showerhead. Mist stated it was Macy's error. Still do not have the 2 cartridges. Not happy with this company and their lack of not sending all included items.
This company advertised 2 cartridges with shower filter. When I received filter, it was in a white envelope, no invoice, no paperwork, and no cartridges sent. They would not give me the cartridges as advertised and said it was Macy's error. They are giving a 50 percent refund which is nothing compared to the original advertised item. I had to send a picture of what I received and proof of purchase also even though Macy's paid Mist. Be careful when ordering! The filter itself does help a lot with skin issues.
