I purchased in store on 9/13/24 and had it delivered to my home. I was told I would receive it in 5 days. I never received tracking info and the called the Herald square store and was told it was delivered on 9/17/24. The tracking info I received from the rep on the phone shows it was delivered to the wrong apartment (with proof in the picture). I went to the apartment to get my package and it was opened. I may be returning because I don’t know if it was used. Shame on Macy’s for not providing tracking info up front and shame on UPS for not delivering to the correct apartment. Shame on the person for opening it.

Received my item today and it looks like they pulled it right from the showroom. Arrived extremely wrinkled, dirty and looks used. Very disappointed as it looked so pretty online. Will be returning it immediately!!

I love the weight of the duvet, never thought I’d use one but it’s so cozy!! It is somewhat weighted, after putting your comforter in it’s amazing!
