I love Columbia, have lots of products. What I do not understand is why they put into men's parka's very thin type zippers. They constantly open at the bottom with the slightest tension. They need a rugged, thicker type zipper. Love the jacket, color and fit. Took my 5 year old parka into a tailors and had zipper replaced but would have never needed to do that if a better zipper was in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 6’7” tall. I ordered the XL Tall size, and it’s really great—both the body and the sleeves are plenty long enough for me. The only thing on my wishlist would be a zipper that opened from both ends, so I could unzip the bottom a bit when I’m sitting down (another sign of how lovely and long it is!)

I bought this last week. Took it out tonight with the dogs. -20 feels like -27. I felt pretty comfortable with this on. Even against the wind. The extra length keeps the hips warmer I over all felt quite comfortable out there. Specially the upper part of my body. I wasn’t sweating. But I wasn’t cold either. I’m 6’2 kind of on the skinny side and ordered the extra large of arm length and it fits quite well. I find a Large fits tile I extend my arms and then I’m showing wrist. But i wish I could have tried them on cause I think the large tall would have been a good choice as well. Still over all happy with the jacket so far. Interested to see how it does in -30 when the time comes.

it was my 4th purchase of same product for me and my brother, father and nephew. We are all satisfied.

2 stars because of poor seams - threads stick out in many places. Some of them already fraying after ~1 month. Also wish it had at least 1 inner pocket.
