The cream itself is excellent, with a great scent and consistency. However, I was very disappointed to discover that the container was mostly empty inside. It initially appeared full, but after gently tapping it, the product settled to almost half the container. A significant amount of cream was missing. I feel this is very misleading and unfair to customers. I hope the manufacturer investigates the filling and packaging process, because this should not happen.

Clarins products really do work. This moisturizer is really hydrating. Pair it with any of the serums and your skin will just glow.
