The inserts to supposedly shape your butt and crotch are paper thin and provide absolutely no difference in your appearance. Do waste your money here!!

The padding in the bum area is really thin and doesn’t help. I was hoping they would help me keep my pants up as I have no bum at all. It was worth a try but they didn’t work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, the models already have bubble butts, and the amount of padding used does little to "enhance" my relatively flat tuchus. That said, though, they did help me endure a long flight on a paddingless airline seat!
