It helps some but cuts in at the top shortly after you start wearing it.

Always have problem with them being too tight because an xlge never seems to be so I ordered xxlge and it is just a little too large but hope when I wash it, it will shrink a little.

Glad they offer different sizes of knee sleeve to choose from. The compression knee sleeve is a nice quality product. It is easy to use and the instructions are very helpful.

I’m thoroughly impressed with this compression sleeve. It shipped quickly and I couldn’t wait to get it open and try it on my aching knee. It fits snugly and provides a rally good level of compression. I can really attribute this to the fact that they offer 5 different sizes. I followed the instructions in the pictures when ordering to measure my leg and order the corresponding size and it is spot on. I noticed in many other compression sleeves they have maybe 2-3 sizes but Powerlix offers 5 so you’re sure to get the right amount of compression for your leg size. Don’t guess your size- measure and get the correct size! The fabric feels nice, and seems like it’s VERY well made. I’ll update my review after I’ve worn it a few times and have washed it but at this point I highly recommend!

Expertly Made, easy to put on if you follow suggested instructions, and very comfortable while offering excellent support of knee. By far the best I have used.
