I received the watch with a completely color wrist band. When I call Macys to have it replaced and letting them know that I needed expedited. Macys said that they can not expedite the watch that it will take 5 days and I needed within 2 days. It was for a very very important gift. It ruined my surprise. Very very disappointing.
