Disgusting!
After the WAIT for my shoes... saw the box and was excited that they came the day before I needed them... Them to my surprise and anger... I got a pair of OBVIOUSLY damaged shoes!!! (don't they examine the item before sending?! I wish I could send the photos... The silver shoes has blotches of white discoloration, as if some chemical was sprayed and removed the silver finish! I can describe my level of frustration, disappointment and anger! There isn't an excuse for this level of customer service!!!

Gaia silver slide
I ordered 2 of this product. Both were delivered with damage on the shoe. The silver had white spots where the color was missing. What is happening with quality control? They were packaged in a box without being checked for damage.

Terrible quality
The shoes arrived with white spots distributed across the surface. Although I had read reviews mentioning similar issues, I assumed those were isolated incidents or possibly due to inadequate quality control. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed otherwise.

Unsatisfied
First impression, poor packaging, shoes returned by previous buyer, so without proper tissues enveloping the shoes, shoe boxes are “battered”, very unappealing.

Bad job macys
Totally damaged // was excited for this show to wear / when I received them , discolored and damaged. Come to find out it’s a third party seller and on Google there’s plenty of people prior to me that has the exact same issue with the shoes . Not good. Super upset

Disgusting!!
Received shoes sooner than expected. Yay! But they have weird spots all over them that I can’t remove. Not that I would, or should even have to. I can’t imagine how these got out the door without someone noticing. My event is tomorrow and now I have to go find new shoes. I do not recommend this seller at all.
