Had these for around a month now and been able to fully test all of the features. Positives: They fit nicely and comfortably in the ear and I appreciate the different fittings to accommodate preferences. The different audio features are great and you can flip easily between aware and immersion super easily. I found this particularly great on holiday whilst travelling on a noisy ferry - I could block out all outside noise effectively to watch a film but able to switch modes to speak to hubby. The voice call feature works well - I could hear clearly and the other side could hear me clearly. This is great for being able to carry on with work calls whilst doing the school run. The app is helpful to adjust the shortcuts and settings - especially being able to remove one of the audio settings so I only had to switch between two settings rather than three. Negatives: Did have some issues with charge at the start - they need to nest upright in the box otherwise they don’t charge well. It would be great if there was an auto connect button or something to press to connect to the phone quickly without having to go into my phone Bluetooth settings.

Can't live without these earbuds and had to send my others back as they stopped working right before I went off to Nos Live festival in Lisbon. Purchased these before my next festival at Kendal Calling as they're essential for any festival or camping trip. Love them and need them for sleeping in a tent. I also use them daily while walking my dog.

The package arrived, but the product wasn't wrapped in any protective material—just a foam plate! I just hope the earbuds work and didn't get damaged during shipping. Seriously? A foam plate? That’s the worst thing I’ve ever seen. I do not recommend this store.
This earphone is way better than many even after 2 years of its launch. ANC and overall music is great.
