These bags look and roll great. I ordered 2 of them and took on a 12 day trek through 3 countries in Europe. They held up great and rolled really smooth. Handles were sturdy even when packed and heavy. My only complaint is that the zippers aren’t as smooth as my travel pro bag. They may get better as they get more use. Overall it’s a great quality bag at a great price. Would buy again.
I expected a better quality from both Macys and Delsey. The wheels look flimsy and the overall construction is just ok. I know this bag will get beat up by luggage handling quickly. The size is good though.
I haven’t used this yet. Meeting that is a check bag. I’m afraid that it may get damaged in transit besides, do not have any reinforcement. Nor does the back of the bag.

I have had several sets of Delsey luggage and it is all very good stuff. So sturdy and good looking. The wheels/spinners on this newest set are amazing. And I never struggle with their zippers, unlike some other brands. I highly recommend this very good quality luggage.
Best 3, 4, 5 day traveler!! Love it, so light. Best piece of luggage I have ever bought. Sick of bringing 2 tote bags on short vacations. This is the best short trip traveler, the ease of it and so so light weight!! Love it. Fits all my needs.
Plastic housing on the top/back of suitcase holding the collapsible handle in place came away from the suitcase night before I left on 3 plus week international trip. I tried to push the plastic pins back into the holes in the suitcase but there is no way to secure them once they were replaced in the corresponding holes in suitcase. Checking bag at airport and the piece came apart again. During the trip, the extendable handle came out of its plastic holder inside the suitcase which required me to unpack everything, unzip the liner and put the handle back in its holder. Couldn’t get plastic housing back in place. Very flimsy design/manufacture of piece. I have another Delsey piece that has held up for 10 years and why I chose Delsey again. New piece of luggage is definitely not the same quality. Cannot return to Macy’s as I came back from my trip in time for the return window to close. Macy’s rep wouldn’t budge. Now I’m stuck. I absolutely wouldn't buy again nor recommend.
Haven't use the suitcase as yet however I have a good feelings when I do it will work wonderful. Just think it's ways too much to pay for however, I have other Delseys more than 5 years and they do a good job.
Not happy as I ordered for a trip and did not receive in time!!!! Have not yet received this luggage. Has it been lost in the mail? I have no idea. Tracking had said in process for past 10 days. Macy’s needs to follow up!
