Tour Air Large Check-in Spinner, Created for Macy's

This is my second trip using this luggage, and now the zipper is broken! I previously owned a Delsey suitcase for years, which is why I trusted the brand and decided to purchase this one. Unfortunately, this has been a huge disappointment. I’m only on my second use, and the zipper has already broken. Now I’m stuck having to purchase another piece of luggage while traveling. This is completely unacceptable, especially for the price and reputation of the brand. I would not recommend buying this luggage.

Purchased for lighter weight for international travel, but as soon as we got to the airport the handle broke down. The suitcase case is light and has a better space volume compared to our previous luggage, but definitely is not the quality expected.

Used the suitcase less than 3 times, and the wheel fell off. Tried to do a return/replacement and got the run around.

The spinner wheels failed on our very first use. Have to use the old stlye wheel pair to leave the airport. Not sure if Macys or the manufacturer will replace it or find a reason not to.

This is really very flimsy material. I ordered this because the name Delsey and its association with good quality luggage. Turned out that this is perhaps just some low-level reproduction under that name or a deceptive use of that name by another company (or subsidiary)--Travel Air.

Cannot believe you did not tell. me. PROP 65 I even went to your store could not believe.. ALL luggage have to use a new PRODUCT to make. Common Sense? Still waiting for UPS to pick up second bag, on front porch????
